My family and friends might tell you that even as a toddler, I believed I was the boss. But bossy and genuine leadership are far from the same thing.
Experience in public education, information technology, manufacturing, oil and gas, and nonprofits makes me a unique asset for your team to grow profits or identify passions for service. You don't change industries as often as I did without adapting, building relationships, getting comfortable with not being the smartest in the room, consistently asking for help, and still owning your voice to contribute to the greater good.
Throughout my life and career, I have honed my leadership style to be transparent, humble, and intentional. I am passionate about helping others grow their own leadership through coaching and practice. I believe in the beauty of coaching, which allows for mistakes and learning before executing with precision when the stakes are higher. This belief in authentic and thoughtful leadership, designed through intention, is what I bring to the table.
